Precast Concrete Products
Standard units ship from the yard. Anything else is cast to your drawings in our own form shop, quality-controlled on every pour, then delivered and set by our crews.
What We Manufacture

Box Culverts
Single- and multi-cell precast box culverts engineered to AASHTO HS-25 loading for stream crossings, roadway drainage and utility runs.

Retaining Walls & Block
Gravity block, cantilever and modular retaining wall systems with a range of architectural face finishes for grade separation and slope stabilization.

Manholes & Catch Basins
Precast sanitary and storm manholes, catch basins, inlets and risers in standard and custom diameters with cast-in pipe openings.

Electrical & Utility Vaults
Traffic-rated transformer pads, pull boxes, handholes and communications vaults built to utility standards with knockouts placed to your drawings.

Highway & Jersey Barrier
Temporary and permanent concrete barrier, median units and bin blocks for work zones, laydown yards and permanent traffic separation.

Bridge Components
Precast abutments, wingwalls, headwalls, approach slabs and deck panels that shorten bridge closures from months to days.

Septic & Water Tanks
Watertight precast septic tanks, pump stations, grease interceptors and cisterns tested to ASTM C1227 vacuum standards.

Made-to-order structures cast from your engineer's drawings — if it can be detailed, our form shop can build it.
Technical data
Standard Specifications
These are our baseline production standards. Project specifications that call for more — higher strength, sulfate resistance, corrosion inhibitors, specific cover — are accommodated at the mix-design stage and documented on the submittal.
- Design strength
- 4,000–6,000 PSI at 28 days, mix-dependent
- Air content
- 5–8% air-entrained for freeze-thaw durability
- Reinforcement
- Grade 60 deformed bar; epoxy-coated where specified
- Live loading
- AASHTO HS-20 / HS-25 or non-traffic, per application
- Joint sealant
- Butyl mastic to ASTM C990; watertight units tested to ASTM C1227
- Finishes
- Smooth form, broom, exposed aggregate and architectural face patterns
- Lifting
- Cast-in anchors with documented pick weights and rigging points
- Documentation
- P.E.-stamped shop drawings, cylinder-break reports, COI on request

Product Questions
Can you cast a custom precast structure from my drawings?
Yes — custom work is a large share of what the plant does. Send the detail sheets and our form shop will build the formwork. If the drawings are incomplete, our design team can develop them and return a P.E.-stamped set for your engineer to review.
What live load ratings do your products carry?
Traffic-rated units are designed to AASHTO HS-20 or HS-25 loading depending on the application and specifying agency. Non-traffic units in landscaped or pedestrian areas are designed to the applicable service load. The rating is stated on every shop drawing.
How do you make precast structures watertight?
Watertightness comes from three things: a low-permeability plant-cast mix, a properly profiled joint with butyl mastic sealant to ASTM C990, and testing. Tanks and structures that need to be certified watertight are vacuum or hydrostatically tested to ASTM C1227 before shipment.
Do you supply the pipe boots and knockouts?
Yes. Cast-in pipe openings, resilient connectors and knockouts are located from your drawings during production rather than cored in the field, which keeps the structure sound and the connection sealed.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. We ship single manholes to homeowners and 40-unit culvert runs to state contractors on the same schedule. Freight is priced by load, so combining units on one delivery is usually the cheapest way to buy.
Not sure which product fits?
Send plans or a sketch with dimensions. An estimator will tell you what we would specify and what it costs delivered — usually within one business day.
